Chris began his fitness career in 1993 after earning a BS in Exercise Science from SUNY at Brockport. His fourteen years of experience includes conditioning police and firefighters and fitness testing at Kodak in the Rochester, NY, area. He spent several years working as a clinical exercise specialist at WakeMed, where he worked with a wide variety of clients with special needs.

When he's not riding, running, or swimming, Chris enjoys reading Westerns and spy novels.
