Adam may be the only personal trainer with a degree in nutrition in the Triangle. Working as a clinical dietitian during the day, Adam shares his experience as an athlete and nutritionist as a valued part of our team.

Adam has developed exercise and nutrition programs for athletes at all levels, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as well as in the fields of cardiac rehab, diabetes, eating disorders and weight loss. Adam is licensed and registered as a dietitian in both North Carolina and Florida.

Adam is currently training to re-enter competitive powerlifting.
